Research experience,
In recent years, the study of nanostructures have developed because of their applications. Different methods for their synthesis exhibit that scientists interested in these structures. In the first part of my thesis, a series of crystalline nanoparticles have been prepared by (I) combination of hydrothermal and sol-gel technique. (II) gel-combustion method using polymer based metal-complex precursor solutions. The effect of reaction conditions on the size of particles and their morphology were investigated. The prepared powders have been characterized by powder X-ray diffraction (XRD) and X-ray Fluorescence (XRF) techniques and morphology of them were investigated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). Scherrer equation used to calculating approximate size of synthesized nanoparticles. In doping compound, lattice parameters calculated by equations that give in chapter 3 of my thesis. The average diameter of the nanoparticles were calculated from line broadening of XRD peaks. In the second part of my work, the reactions of ligands with salts resulted in crystal formations. Characterizations were performed using IR spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction.
Moreover, I have synthesized many other metal-organic compounds that have been published in some journals.
